Z has been mastering the art of hair cutting at Novo since 2019 and has been an integral part of the team. As our inaugural barber at the DU location, he is eager to welcome you to his chair for a variety of services, including haircuts, kids' cuts, beard trims, razor fades, buzz cuts, neck clean-ups, and more.

Justin has been a barber for nearly a decade, specializing in a variety of men's scissor, clipper cuts, and skin fades. His main goal is to provide a haircut that will make you look and feel your best.

My name is Robbie! Colorado Native, but I have spent the last 10 years chasing sunshine, and chasing after the best golf courses across the country! My background has been primarily in the world of golf, working at various private clubs, and working on the pro tours. That career took me to some amazing places, and I met some wonderful people along the way. So how did I end up in hair!? I have always been drawn to the barbershop culture and being around new and unique people. From the conversations, the environment, and the ability to provide a service that leaves your client leaving with a smile and the confidence only a fresh haircut provides. Being around people, hearing their stories, that’s what excites me every-time I show up to work. I can’t wait to have y’all in my chair!
