Matt has been cutting hair for ten years. He started Novo Barbers in 2017 with a vision to create a different environment that men would be comfortable in. He specializes in all barber services, including scissor cuts, fades, and razor work.

Having worked in the hair industry for 15 years, Gina specializes in cutting both men's and women's hair. She has been a part of the Novo Barbers team for four years, focusing on classic cuts for men and color services for women. Gina looks forward to seeing you soon!

Penn has been in the industry for a long time and has pretty much seen it all! Penn specializes in classic barbering techniques as well as women's cuts.

Alfred is new to the shop but not new to the game. 20 years experience worked in Texas, Hawaii, and Colorado. He specialize in business cuts.

She specializes in creating the look you desire, customizing whatever style fits you best! And is not limited to one style, texture or length of hair. I love to do them all and am extremely well versed in all hair textures. Can’t wait to chop it up!

Pilar graduated from the Aveda Institute of Denver in the barbering program. When she's not doing hair, she enjoys spending time with her two cats Nacho and Canelo, as well as her siblings and niece.

Janine has been cutting hair for 14 years, specializing in men's cuts, beard trims, and waxing. The feeling of making her clients look their best for whatever special moment, big or small, never gets old for her. When she's not cutting hair, she's always looking for adventure and the best local spots!
